It was good for immediate care and I was able to get a prescription but the doctor was about 45 min late and I wasn’t made aware of who I would be seeing until a minute before I saw the provider.

My overall experience was not pleasant. I set a video call to discuss a new birth control prescription. The Nurse Practitioner's overall tone was condescending. She made me feel as though I was some teenage girl trying to sneak and obtain birth control. My husband and I aren't ready for kids yet so this was the appropriate choice for us. My husband was in the room while I had the video call and he observed the same condescending tone. I booked this video appointment because it was convenient for my schedule, however I was not happy with the customer service provided. Medical professionals should be less judgemental, especially with such a sensitive issue.
