I believe the role of a primary care provider is to approach the patient as a whole-mentally and physically-and ensure they feel understood and heard. This can be a vulnerable time for patients, and it's important to meet them where they are with kindness and empathy. Outside of work, I love to get outside and be active. Name an activity, and I am there. I love hiking, tennis, any water activity, and yoga. I also enjoy the mountains and go snowboarding whenever I can in the winter. Reading and podcasts are also things I enjoy. I love to learn.

As a full time worker, this app saved me. I was unsure at first but just a quick google search put me at ease. I looked up the nurse practitioner I had an appointment and was able to view her LinkedIn to see she was legit. The process was straight forward and I was able to do my appointments on my lunch breaks in my car. I highly recommend.
