Incredibly disappointed with this experience. Vague communication, hectic, and left having run multiple tests and paying separate copays for each, but having to wait 5-10 days for the results rather than what I was expecting, where you can go in take a test and know the same day if you need to go on a prescription.

Dr.Gassanov was amazing and so considerate! As someone who’s experienced medical neglect and doctors who don’t listen to their patients, Raphaela was the complete opposite and very thoughtful! She would explain in depth about how some of my symptoms can be normal & what causes them. And she listened to all of my major symptoms and made sure that I got a bunch of testing done anyways to be safe! Would come back to this office in general, everyone is very kind.

This doctor listened to my needs and asked me plenty of questions to try to help diagnose what I was going through. They quickly prescribed me some medication to try to mitigate my symptoms and offered additional testing. I had a good experience with her, she really seemed to know her stuff and spoke confidently and reassuringly to bring me along in the process of understanding what was going on. my only disappointment was that I was expecting to make an appointment with a dermatologist and when I got there, she told me she was not a dermatologist, but I blame this confusion on Zocdoc rather than the professional

Avoid W 14th medical practice. I should have realized there were problems when Dr. Magda Swierczewski wasn’t available anymore. They don’t draw blood here so they always send you out after your appt basically making more appt visits. However this time they send me out for cultures that LabCorp doesn’t do! And LabCorp tells me they know very well that all LabCorp does is draw blood?!? Total waste of my day. When you communicate with the office you have to leave a VM and they call you back within 3 hours. I left a detailed VM and the call back person was clueless. She didn’t look into any of the info I left on the VM. So I had to explain it all again and be put on hold for 10 mins while she figured out why they sent me for testing that wasn’t possible. She could have done all this research BEFORE calling me back and leaving me on hold further wasting my day. Avoid this dime store clinic and find a real doctor.

Well,I was unexpectedly told by the office I needed to change my primary doctor in order for the visit to be covered by insurance.
It was an inconvenience to do it on my phone, and they claim they called me but no one reached me .
