Like most Dr's they want to talk at you and not to you. I want patient centered care where we figure out what's best together not you dictate and get an attitude and my questions. He must have been spread thin because in came in my room with a short attitude.

i have had the worst luck with finding a doctor. usually I get dismissed and told to lose weight or other insults regarding my race. I had terrible anxiety leading up to this appointment, but I soon learned I didn't have to worry. I felt heard, seen and respected. I want stereotyped or dismissed. I felt like my concerns were heard and I'm actually looking forward to going back. this is by far a first for this lady right here!

First, the pre-visit interaction was amazing. Lots of communication, and I was able to pre-check in online.
My favorite experience was they asked me my pronouns during the pre-check. I'm cis-bi so it's nice to know I'm in a safe place when i go to the doctor.
The nurses and staff were outstanding and made me feel comfortable.
Doc T was the same. I felt comfortable talking about any health concerns without being judged.

My experience with Dr. Thabolingam was fantastic. Not only was he professional, but he's was patient unlike most doctors who seemingly try to rush through. He is conveniently available working from two different locations. He's also knowledgeable and seeks natural alternatives before trying to prescribe medication. I would definitely recommend!
