Becky Forman, OD received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2011 from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York, N.Y. She is board certified and completed the ocular disease and primary eye care residency at Hudson Valley Health Care System Veterans Administration Hospital. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the State University of New York College of Optometry.
Dr. Forman is active in the optometric community. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the New York Optometric Association, and the National Association of Veterans Affairs Optometrists. She takes the time to get to know each of her patients on an individual basis and will work to ensure each patient is comfortable with their vision. In addition, a thorough health assessment is provided for each patient to detect early signs of ocular diseases.

It was fine except for the wait. I came in on time and waited 45 minutes, watched multiple people that arrived after me be seen before me, and I had to fill out paperwork again which I had submitted online

I liked her-I just didn't like that you had to pay $3 for parking. I feel if you are seeing someone and you are paying a lot already, they should give you free parking at least. Dr. Foreman however was very nice and had your best interest at heart.
