Getting to know Dr. Richard Repass

* PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS BEFORE SCHEDULING * - Insurance information available on my website InfinityNAD.com - I do not prescribe, but only advise on, controlled medications such as benzodiazepines (i.e. Klonopin) and stimulants for ADHD (i.e. Adderall). - Select your state from the drop down of available appointments when scheduling. I operate in 5 states, 4 time zones. - I am not able to bill Medicaid (state insurance) plans Because it often takes a long time to see a psychiatrist, I've decided to provide my more than 17 years experience when it is needed most--now. My practice is to provide urgent response to your psychiatric and addiction problems, provide you full perspective, and initiate a treatment plan--medication, education, therapy, and referrals. My ultimate goal is to support your mental health optimization. I am licensed in the states of Washington, Utah, Minnesota, Kentucky and New York and thus can serve anyone residing in those states.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience with both conventional and selected alternative treatment approaches for mental health and chemical addiction injuries. Because of this, I understand the limitations of my profession, and promise to serve you, the human being, first and foremost. My philosophy is to support you being the exceptional human being--your best self, and not "normal". * IMPORTANT *: I do not prescribe controlled substances through this Telehealth practice. This includes benzodiazepines (i.e. clonazepam, Xanax) or stimulants (i.e. Adderall). I will advise on their use and taper strategies and collaborate with your local primary care or mental health providers. In Washington I do provide in person detoxification and elective wellness and ketamine therapies through Northshore Detox and Wellness in Bothell, WA.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

- After you have scheduled, Zocdoc will guide you to upload your identification and insurance card(s), and electronically sign the five intake consent forms. - You may text, call or email Dr. Repass and his team for assistance. - Depending on your insurance or self pay status, a payment link may be texted. - Just before the time of the appointment, a secure Doximity video chat link is texted (can also be emailed). - Scribe software is used to assist with documenting the visit. Let Dr. Repass know if you have questions or concerns about this. - Dr. Repass then discusses your past and current history of mental health concerns, and a plan is developed collaboratively informed by Dr. Repass' recommmendations and your needs, priorities, and preferences. - Follow up appointments and plan to connect with your other medical and mental health providers are planned.
