I was nervous about finding the right fit - especially through an online service like Zocdoc - since a therapist is such a personal connection. But Dr. Allen quickly founds points of connection that made me feel that he was the right professional to help me. His initial questions were insightful and we had a very productive conversation. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Allen - caring, great listener, solution oriented. Checked google & have resources as well as 2 specific assignments. Left door open if I choose to work thru solutions. - not his practice to engage in just long term talk therapy without action to move a patient forward. Very fine human and. Excellent professional.
