De day le was very professional and gave me a solution right away ! He also suggested we watch and wait instead of jumping for unnecessary surgery ! Great office staff , except nurse who seemed a little short and very unsympathetic . She did not explain the prescription after and seemed rushed . But doctor was great !

The office is in a fairly new building so the facility is new, clean and modern looking. The staff was courteous and the doctor was professional. I recommend him.

Dr. R. Jeffrey Doyle is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He received his professional degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center, College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery,and completed a three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Doyle is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Additionally, he is published in several peer reviewed journals.

Great doctor. He was very nice and professional. No complaints on him. He asked many questions and knew what was wrong right away. Let me know what was wrong and how to fix it.
Things I didn't like:
1. I was told over the phone that they had my insurance information so when i showed up (I forgot my card, my mistake but I was told they successfully had it). I had to sit on my cell phone in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes calling aetna for the information the office needed. Waited another 10-15 minutes after I gave the receptionist the information.
2. The nurse that was explaining my stretching that I need to do after the appointment talked so fast I couldn't understand anything she said.
3. Was told that I would have a call back the next day with a quote of how much some custom gear that the doctor recommends. Never got a call. Had to call the office and ask. My insurance didn't cover it.
4. No payment plans available for gear needed for my feet.
Would love to see this doctor again because he was very precise and detailed but his staff brings him down.

I am in love with this office! I was super anxious about going in but once I got there well I felt much better. Everyone is very nice and polite, dr Doyle took the time to explain everything to me, and fixed the problem within minutes.
