Dr. Karin was very professional, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, reviewed my history, and explained everything clearly without rushing. I felt heard and respected, which is very important to me.
Overall, the visit was well organized, the staff was friendly, and the care felt thoughtful and professional. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a thorough and respectful primary care experience.”

My provider did not listen to my concerns and consider possibilities, seemed uncaring and unconcerned with my questions she literally shrugged her shoulders and waived my question away as to dismiss it. Did not ask follow up questions to get a better understanding of what may be going on. I will not see this provider again.

Dr Tinea was extremely friendly, really helped me feel at ease during my appointment especially since I've never seen an in-person doctor in the US before. The receptionist was very friendly as well and helped explain my insurance and what details I needed to fill out for their patient intake form. Highly recommend this practice.

the staff was super friendly and made my visit a breeze! even after when i went to the pharmacy, there was an issue with the prescription being sent through so i called the office and they were able to fix it right away! Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending any friends who live in the area that need an urgent care.
