Ronald is Board Certified by the NCCAOM and holds a Master of Acupuncture degree and a Diploma in Chinese Herbal Studies from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, along with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. With extensive postgraduate training in Five Element Acupuncture, Meridian Balance Acupuncture, and Natural Functional Nutrition, Ronald continues to grow and cultivate his practitioner skillset.
Offering a unique, compassionate, patient-centered approach to health and wellness-treating the whole person: body, mind, and emotions-Ronald has helped numerous patients move past pain and get back to living. I've been to several acupuncturists, and Ron is the best. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about acupuncture and beyond, and he has a warm and spacious energy. I almost canceled my first session before I even met him because I was stressed about adding more appointments to my schedule, but Ron followed up with a phone call and asked questions that made me realize he really cares about his patients. Now, after seeing him multiple times over the past few months, I've noticed fewer episodes of chronic pain, less pronounced symptoms, and a significant decrease in stress. I highly, highly recommend getting an appointment—you'll be really glad you did.

I called and scheduled a appointment for Accupuncture and I had lots of questions. Ronald was so friendly and knowledgeable about my concerns. Upon arriving we discussed my medical history. After receiving treatment I felt like a brand new person. I would highly recommend Ronald due to the positive results I've experienced such as elevating pain.

I am firmly convinced that my life would be very different (and not for the better) had I not started working with him. Dr. Pratt is a thoughtful, caring practitioner who is able to address complex health issues. The initial evaluation visit was thorough and Dr. Pratt listened intently. He answered all of my questions and developed a plan to fit my needs. I have recommended him multiple times to friends and colleagues (even some who had never been to acupuncture before) and have been as pleased with the acupuncture treatment as I have.

My appointment is always an enjoyable experience. Ron has a warm and welcoming personality which puts you at ease. He accepts you where you are and guides you gentleey to better health. He is very thorough and he has a wholistic approach to your health. He never rushes and takes and gives extra time if needed. V highly recommend Ron without any reservation at all.

Originally I was septic last that Acupuncture could help with chronic joint pain, and work related stress. I am now a true believer! My shoulder pain is all but gone and has been that way for several years. Treatment has also been effective for stress reduction. Ron also focuses on nutrition which, when I follow advice, improves overall health. I highly recommend Ron and Acupunture.

Ron has been treating me for the last 4 or so years. My health was in a bad spot and since I have been getting treatments I feel much better and am able to regulate my disease better. I am completely off meds that were making me feel worse. I highly recommend Ron and his practice.

As a former D-1 lacrosse athlete I've spent countless hours in physical therapy trying to rehab overused, overextended and just plan foolish injuries that I've inflicted on my body. And the aches and pains were slower to go away as I got older.
After considering a friend's advice to consider acupuncture for pain management I made an appointment for a consult with Ron... he spent more time asking questions and doing a full workup on my medical and personal history than I think any providers ever have. Combined.
More than just acupuncture, every appointment began with a check-in conversation. What's going on? How are you feeling? What's new mentally as well as physically? His advice was thorough and well researched.And I walked out of area appointment feeling rested and recharged.
I no longer live in the area where Ron practices and I'm devastated that I cannot continue to see him. But I wish him the best and hope others are lucky enough to find him and benefit from his practice.

I have been a patient for several years, and especially appreciate the fact that all sessions are one-on-one. My practitioner gives me his undivided attention during each session, and is both patient and caring. Treatments have been helpful for both chronic conditions as well as for the occasional acute problem. Overall, I believe that my treatments are assisting me in aging gracefully while allowing me to maintain a very active lifestyle and healthy outlook.

In addition to the acupuncture treatments, Ron discusses physical activities and lifestyle changes to ease symptoms and aid in the healing process. I find our discussions (and his treatments) extremely helpful for my condition and highly recommend him.
