The appointment was for a vaccine and when i get there they stated they don’t do the vaccine at this time. The appointment was for a specific doctor and they scheduled it on a day that she does not go in to the office so we had to FaceTime. The FaceTime wasn’t clear so she couldn’t even see a rash on my baby that i was asking about. Very unprofessional and low budget experience.
