After completing her medical doctorate at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, Dr. Moayer continued to the University of California, Los Angeles to complete her internship and residency. From there, she moved to Philadelphia for an additional year of training at one of the highest volume, AAFPRS-accredited fellowship training programs in the country, Jefferson Facial Plastics. Since then, she has earned the House Otolaryngology Award and the first-place research prize from the
Research Study Club of Los Angeles.
Dr. Moayer’s clinical specialties include treatment of facial nerve disorders and synkinesis, post-traumatic reconstruction (including injuries and cancer), facelift and neck lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, cosmetic facial skin treatments, hair restoration, facial feminization, and otoplasty. She is particularly dedicated to helping patients look like the best version of themselves, driven by a strong belief that such work is inextricably linked to their self-confidence and overall health. Her
attention to detail and aesthetic eye, paired with advanced training in cutting-edge techniques, allows her to deliver reliable, safe, and natural-looking results.

Went in because I’d been having sinus issues for over a month from a cold and wanted some relief. Doctor did a quick exam and we discussed prescribing me steroids. I said I wanted them and when I checked out the front desk noted that I had prescriptions to fill and confirmed my pharmacy. I proceeded to wait for a notification from my pharmacy and never got one. Called the office 3 times for an update and they just kept telling me the doctor had to approve it and they’d put it as a top priority. Well it’s a week later and still no prescription. I’ve never had this happen before and it’s super disappointing. Not sure if it’s a front desk issue or a doctor issue but I won’t be back.

The first time I saw the doctor, she told me something totally different from what she did today. Today, she backtracked, and when I said I didn't want a half-inch scar on the middle of my forehead, she said, "Maybe you can shop around, but that is the way I would do it." Now, with surgical advances, you can have screws put in your shoulders or knees with laparoscopic surgery. It seems a plastic surgeon would have some ideas about how to do a more minimally invasive procedure for an osteoma. Her office also told me she was on "vacation" all summer, but in fact, she was on maternity leave. Suppose I knew that I would not have waited and shopped for another doctor. Perhaps she is a tired new mom, I get it, but today was not the experience I expected.

Dr. Moayer is precisely the doctor you would want to take yourself to and anyone in your family. Dr. Moayer is knowledgeable, current in technology and methodology, kind, patient, and calming among other things. Dr. Moayer spoke in a way that puts you at ease and builds trust. I appreciate her candidness and feeling of never being rushed and completely heard (even as I had a late appointment in the day). Explained every procedure and process always leaving room for questions/concerns. She is client-centered and you will see this as soon as you enter her office.

I came in for a consultation with Dr. Moayer. I was really happy I didn't have to wait months to be able to get an appointment with her. She was polite and friendly. But she performed a nasal endoscopy on the spot without informing me that it would not be covered by my insurance and I got hit with an unexpected bill. I still can't breathe through my nose and was prescribed a nasal spray that was not even properly sent out to my pharmacy. I would recommend you ask questions and not rely on this office to inform you or follow up on anything. If you're gonna pay out of pocket, you should at least get proper care/ solutions.

The whole visit was exceptional. The receptionist Rosemary at the front desk will get you in and squared away in no time. The waiting room was spacious, clean, and quiet.
Dr. Moayer thoroughly examined me. She was patient and clear, allowing me to participate in the treatment process. At no time did I feel rushed or as if I was not getting my thoughts across. I left feeling heard and empowered in my treatment. Before I got home, my pharmacy had texted me to say my prescription was ready!
