My name is Sabatha Umoette, PMHNP-BC, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of adults through compassionate, evidence-based care. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling understood, respected, and genuinely supported. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual’s needs. My focus is on delivering care that is:

What should a new client know about working with you?
Please be advised that this practice charges a cancellation/no-show fee of $75 if the practice is not informed of the cancellation within 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late will result in insufficient time to complete your session, so it will also be regarded as a no-show.

I have dealt with mental health issues since I was a teenager but was always hesitant to seek treatment. I am now 24 and I had my very first appointment with a therapist, and I wish I had done this a long time ago. Sabatha was incredibly empathetic to my situation, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. She listened to my every concern and was incredibly responsive. Up until my appointment, I had never been to a psychiatrist for anything, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Umoette was very polite. She was actually in the video call before my scheduled time (I had a 2:30 PM appointment and she was in at 2:28 roughly). She listened to my concerns about why I wanted the appointment, and we were able to come to a diagnosis. Couldn’t have been happier to finally have some sort of answers. Best decision I’ve ever made. I highly recommend Dr. Umoette.
