If you do not have a Cardiology Referral order and have not completed any diagnostics (e.g., blood work, US Echo, Vascular Ultrasounds, event monitor, etc.) prior to your appointment with Dr. Wilbur, you will see Dr. Wilbur's Licensed Staff Physician for an initial evaluation. Cardiology Referral orders and insurance pre-authorizations for tests and procedures will be completed during your first visit. All patients must contact the office as soon as possible.***

Dr. Sabrina Wilbur is a Board Certified Cardiologist by the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease. She graduated from Universidad Central del Este (UCE) Facultad de Medicina. Dr. Wilbur specializes in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology, with 20 years of experience as an attending physician at NYC hospitals and private practices.
She treats symptoms such as shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest pains. Heart problems managed include heart failure, aneurysms, coronary artery disease, rheumatic heart disease, arrhythmia, angina, and congenital defects. - Initial Evaluation by Dr. Wilbur's Staff Physician, involving procedures and diagnostic tests like blood work, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, event monitor, vascular and general ultrasounds to gather data for treatment. Our state-of-the-art office technology allows completion of all diagnostics on-site during this visit.
- Cardiovascular Consultation by Dr. Wilbur, who reviews diagnostics and creates your treatment plan. If necessary, she provides a ?STAT? / ?Wet? (immediate) reading depending on your condition.

I saw Dr Wilbur’s physician assistant on my first visit. I was expecting this. The office made me aware ahead of time that this is their standard procedure: first visit to do labs etc with the PA, and then second visit to review that with the cardiologist.
The PA was knowledgeable and listened thoroughly without making me feel rushed. My wait time was short and everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind.
I then saw Dr Wilbur for my follow up visit and would absolutely recommend her. She listened intently, made me feel safe and heard, did a thorough examination, and her bedside manner is so calm and reassuring. I really felt like she saw me as an individual and cared for me, which is so important as a new patient.

I never got to see the Dr. because I was sent to the wrong location! On top of that, the receptionist at the 500 E 14 St. location was very passive, uninviting, and busy with her (personal) phone conversation to give me the correct address. I had no choice but to cancel my appointment and my time and day was totally wasted.

I was seen as a new patient at the Columbus location, and I truly have zero complaints. The office was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was pleasant and attentive. I don't remember her name, but the first nurse who triaged me I know she is currently expecting was extremely kind and caring.
What I loved most about this office is the constant flow they don't leave you sitting around waiting for hours. I didn't see the MD, which was absolutely fine with me. Instead, I saw the PA, Desilva, who was very nice, knowledgeable, and had amazing bedside manners.
Thank you to Cynthia for being so pleasant and to Olena, who did my allergy test; she was super helpful and knowledgeable. Last but not least, the cardiac PFT ladies who put on my monitor were really great.
I saw the PA, completed a urine sample, allergy test, and event monitor all within an hour and a half. Moving forward, I will continue my care with them. The treatment was amazing, and the office was exceptionally clean.
