Very unfriendly, seemed as if I was bothering her with talking about my health concerns, impatient and not compassionate.
Adequate. Friendly. Very brief. Concerned that my eye issue was not fully addressed.

Very good bedside manner and super knowledgeable. ?
Although the staff was great, They didn’t have any vaccines nor was any of their equipment up to date . They are in need of a serious renovation.

Unfortunately ZocDoc showed this provider as a urologist to me but the are a Nurse Practitioner. Despite that, she provided good advice, immediate assistance with appropriate medication, an appointment for bloodwork at Labco, and a list of urologist with advice to make an appointment right away.

Not so much the nurse but the office was hard to find because suite number was not listed. I got the impression that they primarily see addiction patients.
NOT a GI doctor as Zocdoc stated

Bedside manner of Sally Young was terrible. They prescribed me an antibiotic I was allergic to and then wouldn’t prescribe me a new one. Going on 5 hours since I contacted them requesting a new prescription now.

Everything was perfect.

The nurse was completely unfriendly, barely saying a word beyond my last name in order to call me from the waiting room and "stand" in order to tell me to get on a scale in the hallway. I understand it's not a nurse's job to be friendly, it's their job to treat patients, but I just found the demeanor off-putting. The doctor herself was also a little strange in how she conducted herself and I had a really hard time understanding her accent. Again, I understand an accent is not her fault, but I would have expected her to speak a little more slowly and make sure I was with her, as I felt awkward asking repetitive questions to try to understand what she was saying.
Great job

Efficient, informative, caring.
The communication was very unclear with my doctor to the point that she never communicated my test results, did not check my temperature or breathing, and sent me a prescription but did say why I was getting it, what it was, or directions for taking it.
Extremely professional.

Young isn’t friendly, she didn’t say hi or anything when she came into the room. I had to ask repeatedly about receiving treatment for why I was there for. I was never told, “I hope you feel better, have a nice day, happy holidays or anything of the such.” I don’t know if she’s aware of her behavior but it’s unpleasant and isn’t friendly. I think there’s a huge difference from being quiet and being unapproachable. It was almost as if she didn’t want to speak to me or even engage in conversation with me.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Young. It was incredibly hot in the building to start… Then, when asked my typical physical questions, she came in with a folded old envelope to take the questionnaire. Very unprofessional and did not put me at ease. I left not knowing next steps and after receiving my lab tests (that I needed to book another appointment for), I never received follow up. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

The physician demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patient care. She actively listened to my concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of my medical issues. Her punctuality in conducting all necessary tests was commendable, and she provided reassurance regarding the timely availability of my results. Furthermore, she took the initiative to inquire about my overall health, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to patient care. I am highly satisfied with the quality of service provided by this physician and would confidently recommend her to others seeking medical assistance.
