This was an ABSURDLY ridiculous error on ZocDOcs part, probably never using ZocDoc again because you said they were a cardiologist and they were NOT. AWFUL

I didn’t see the cardiologist b it it was ok because the PCP gave me an overall check up which is really what I needed if nothing further was needed for the cardiologist

The check-in is 100% done through QR code, which is great. However, it probably makes it difficult for individuals with tech-challenges, especially with the non-verbal attitude given by the front desk implying a message of not talking to her until you have finished the questionnaire. In addition, I was asked to complete more questionnaires that I had previously completed through the text messages I received from the Clinic. When I mentioned I had already completed, once again I saw a non-verbal face expression implying that she didn't have it and that's why she was asking for it. The Physician Assistant was very pleasant and attentive (young female). The nurses were "dry and short" with their questions and answers, except from a professional and adorable nurse (with an adorable accent - not sure if she were Haitian or African).
Simple & Quick ->Thankfully!
Dr Cavaleri is a great doctor. He is knowledgable and explains things clearly and him and his office took care of paperwork I needed filled out immediately. Everyone in the office wa nice and helpful and the apointment was kept at the time I made it. Also, I needed extra tests and they were able to do them right away on site without me having to come back on a differrent day. On the whole a great experience that convinced me Dr Cavaleri will be my cardiologist going forward.

Very friendly/knowledgeable/professional doctor.
Dr Cavaleri was great! He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and reassure me that it was not dangerous. What a relief! The office was very new and the front desk staff and the medical assistants were very professional and courteous. I was particularly glad that there were very clear and effective social distancing protocols in place. I would definitely recommend this doctor and this facility to anyone!
Verified patient
The front desk , they take my medicare , medicaid and credit card. The doctor avoid answering question, they want to have my Echo test done in there office. Which i said no i had it done in the hospital. My return appointment was cancelled they said New York does not accept my medicaid, if that be the case why the purpose of them having my credit card

The office was clean. Everyone was really nice.

i dont understand english but i am not an idiot. I came to the clinic so that they take good care of me but to neglect me if its not yesterday I have never seen a doctor who wants to get rid of his patient but its not serious its me who came to be treated so if I don't come back it's not over good day to you
Verified patient
My visit with the doctor went great. I was seen right away and the staff at front desk was helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and I was able to complete testing in house. Would definitely recommend.
Weird packed storefront clinic. Way too busy and way to chaotic for something as serious as a heart exam. Had to walk out since it was way too much. Buyer beware.
Verified patient
Great bedside manner. Knowledgable in his field.
He was very nice & gave me peace of mind.
Poor wait times, and bedside manner.
Dr Cavaleri is very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. he listen to my problems and I was able to do necessary testing in the office the same day. Very productive visit. Office is very clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. I will be back to see this doctor for the follow up

Front desk was very nice, Dr Cavaleri was on time. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
Once I was seen by people, it was great. My only advice I would give to the office is to turn down the scent in the office. It was very strong. Everyone there was incredibly friendly.

I was very impressed by this office. The staff was very sweet and professional, and they helped me navigate the many parts of my diagnostic visit (vitals, EKG, internist eval, bloodwork, urine, echocardiogram, heart monitor consult). They spoke to me by name and treated me with respect. I am very glad I found them!
Verified patient
I was very happy with the professionals who saw me. The wait time was unacceptable. Even after waiting over an hour to see the doctor, there was then a 20 minute wait just to check out with the receptionist after I was done.
Verified patient
Barely looked at me or talked to me. Appt was 5 minutes, seemed like he couldn't wait to move on. Im still in distress, he was no help.
Verified patient
Dr. Cavaleri is great because he is super thorough and has helped me get my blood pressure under control with the right medication mix which no one has been able to do in a really long time but he also has a fabulous bedside manner. A lot of doctors and nurses can make you feel like it’s your fault when you have high blood pressure and when it definitely is not (or even when it is) that only makes it climb higher. He always calms me down and makes me feel better and like there is a solution, which is especially important in a cardiologist.

there was No wait time ,

Did not like his professionalism at all. He had a way of talking to you as if you are asking a stupid question. I asked him about referring me for a brain assessment and he’s looking at me spaced out saying he don’t know what that is. I said what do u mean you don’t know? And i even had time to say okay if u don’t know what it is refer me because i read the pamphlet. Until i said that he’s telling me he’s not the doctor and he doesn’t know how to interpret these things. It would have been helpful if he was aware of what the medical office offers to give correct information to patients if they asked. Or even tell me from the beginning he doesn’t refer patients for that i would have to go to the front desk and request and appointment to see a neurologist.

Poor bedside manner
This doctor is not your typical medical practitioner that can't wait to write a prescription and looks at all other possibilities before going to his pad. I appreciate that.
Verified patient
it was very good. The Doctor was very polite and kind. He answered patiently a lot of questions I had. He walked me through the procedures with details and listened to me carefully. His staff is super helpful and polite. I am always very nervous when it comes to needles and the nurse saw that and she randomly brought mt two cookies.

Good service.

I had a wonderful experience at the office while I was there. The staff and doctors were friendly and professional, I have a few more appointments coming up and know I will not be stressed or concerned going in.

I picked this doctor because of the wide availability. Little did I know that this office is messed up. Even though you already have a referral to see the cardiologist from your own medical doctor, they make you see one on the date that you scheduled to see this doctor on ZocDoc. After 5-6 HOURS of waiting, I was seen by the MD, who saw me for 2 minutes and then left. She was unprofessional. She just referred me to get tests (which I was already given referrals to). I then had to make appointments to do the different tests because they made me wait so long that the staff had left. I made the appointment in the office to see this cardiologist. After 3 hours of waiting, I was finally seen for 5 minutes. He was cold and didn’t care about my worries at all. He overlooked everything and said that I didn’t need to be seen by him. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
Meh. Seemed uniformed and rather nonchalant about something as serious as cardiology. I felt better with the tech who actually performed my stress test. Doctor listened to my heart, glanced at my chart and said I was fine. No real inquiry about my heart/health history, no advice or genuine care. Seemed all too happy with using his hand sanitizer and sending me on my way. He and Dr. Michelle Epstein are a waste of time and my health benefits.
This office look more like an urgent care clinic then an actual office. The 1st thing they tell you is how you maybe responsible for a large sum of money because your insurance company doesn't pay for every exam. It gave me that feeling they where more interested in $$. The 1st doctor you see, least the one I had, seemed to know his stuff.
Sal walked in and couldn't find my test results. Insisted he reviewed them the night before and would know if I had any issues. Very unprofessional
