Such a unique place — I’ve never been anywhere quite like it. It’s a doctor’s office, but it feels calm, spotless, and genuinely welcoming while still being extremely professional. I went for my annual checkup and had an excellent experience from start to finish. As a bonus, they also offer affordable yoga and workout classes, and the free parking makes everything even easier. Highly recommend!

Doctor denied seeing me because I would not pay for the hefty annual membership fee that was not previously disclosed to me. I had booked with this doctor about a year ago and was never told anything about needing a membership to be seen. This time around I came all the way to the office for no reason, as they said the doctor could not see me unless I paid for a membership. Membership includes benefits like free yoga, but I just needed a doctor like I booked, not a wellness club.

Dr. Baker was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. My major complaint is cleanliness. The exam room was filthy, I was debating walking out before seeing the Dr.. I would say it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the office opened. Not only was there noticeable dirt and dust build up all over the room, there was liquid splattered on the walls and dirt marks all over the exam table as if it has never seen a wet wipe. The top of the exam table had visibly been sat on and the paper not replaced prior to me being asked to sit on it. Please hire someone or assign someone to clean. As someone who works in healthcare this is unacceptable.

The office is very clean, nice and they attend you right away if you have an appointment, but overall I didn’t like the customer service experience as the doctor was not listening to my concerns and in fact I was constantly getting cut off while explaining the reason for my visit with a total off topic questions as if the reason why I was there was non important. Everything felt as if the doctor was trying to rush the consultation. At the end she wanted to dismiss me before even check what I was there for in the first place so I had to re-explain my visit and ask for that specific check up. I was supposed to get blood work and end up walking out because the person attending me for blood had a very sarcastic tone. It was pretty empty so I never understood why everyone was rushing so much.

The staff was friendly and chatty; the space was comfortable and comforting, not a usual medical space; my nurse was funny and the doctor was compassionate, competent and interested.

Great. I was in and out and received the care I needed and had put off for too long. Be aware this is a membership based office and if you go for a second visit after your free trial you will need to sign up for the membership to be seen.

As someone who really dislikes going to any kind of medical appointment, I really want to thank this office for accommodating me so kindly. I felt really calm here and they offered me all kinds of services I’m excited to explore with them in the future!

This was the best, most thorough and efficient initial PCP experience I’ve ever had. There was no wait and Dr Sarah Baker, DNP met and exceeded all my expectations! At first everything was ok, I got to the room that I was going to be seen by the doc very quickly, unfortunately the doc did not take her time with me at all, everything felt super rushed like she had somewhere else to be, I had a few other complaints that I didn’t even get to because she just asked about my first complaint and as I was answering she was already by the door ready to go, did not seat down to talk to me, just came in and out. Then I had to get blood drawn, they had me waiting for around 40 minutes because the tech was going on lunch, please note that I said going, because I was waiting for about 10 minutes when the tech passed by me for her lunch, so probably it was poor communication between the staff, because once she got back it took her less than 5 min to draw my blood, so she could have done it before leaving for her lunch. Anyway, I wished I enjoyed my visit, the place is really nice, but unfortunately I wont be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Baker's knowledge and ease of comfort when speaking with her.
Unfortunately, her practice is not linked with my general medical team at Hackensack Meridien, so access to my medical history would not be available.
That is unfortunate as otherwise I would be her next happy patient!
I do however recommend her.
