About Dr. Sarah Brook
My name is Sarah Brook, and I am a 2022 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry, where I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree. I am originally from Jefferson, Ohio, and completed my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Mount Union. I enjoy connecting with my patients and interacting with my community. I am so excited to begin my journey as an optometrist, and I hope to make a positive impact on my local neighborhood through my work and services.

Used this office for all my family members. First time we waited 50 minutes for my wife and this week for my kids it was 30 minutes.
The one time the office was on time it resulted in my doctor getting the wrong glasses.
This week during the exam I was told 3 different prices for an eye image, which seemed very questionable.
On the flip side the doctor was fantastic. It is a shame it was a overshadowed by a poorly run office.

DR Brock, was very professional in her demeaner and very knowledgeable
I was treated with respect and the tests and results were explained to me very clearly. She did a very thorough examination of my eyes.. She also referred me to an Ophthalmology group who, does take my Insurance, for further tests my last exam was on 10/03/22. I chose Dr Brock because she has 5 star reviews. And I concur..

I just love the staff! They are all kind and very knowledgeable. I never feel hurried. They take their time and address all needs and questions with no pressure. Wait times for glasses are short and sweet. Also, Dr. Pettit found that I had a macular hole and saved my vision. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I mean NEVER!
