Friendly environment. Made appointment for Medicare Wellness visit. Dr. Tong did not know what this was. She forgot to send in request for blood work and allergy prescription. Needs help with follow-up. Disappointed with first visit. Don’t know about recommending at this time.

I was certain the appointment I booked for an annual skin check was for Saturday, March 21st at 11:30am. However, when I checked my email it says the appointment was instead for March 20th Friday. When I booked the appointment it said that Dr. Tong was covered by insurance Chpw, now it says that it is out of network. After booking the appointment, I made a note in my calendar for the 21st of March not the 20th. It looks like there was a scheduling issue. Also, I did not receive an email for access into the video portal for video appointment. This has happened more than one time with video appointments through ZocDoc, the providers do not confirm on their end the appointment and send follow up instructions to access video appointment. It looks like ZocDoc is not a reliable platform for me to use for medical purposes/patient care.

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen. After driving 40 minutes to get to the appointment. To not been seen by the doctor my appointment was scheduled with. My prescription was not called into my pharmacy and I have no idea why. I tried calling the office no answer voicemail stated they took calls until 6pm yet I called around 5pm. Everyone was very nice.

I was searching for an OBGYN and she is listed as one on this site. That was absolutely not the case when I arrived. I told her I needed to establish care, a pap smear and remove my IUD. She said she can't do either one and recommended that I go get bloodwork done for hormones but did not specify what tests to request. She also said she would refer me to an OBGYN.
Overall, this was a huge waste of time and money.
