Dr. Shauna Lewis, a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, also holds bachelor's degrees from Cornell University and Pace University. She completed her residency at New York Community Hospital. Dr. Lewis has genuine concern and compassion for all patients. We strive to maintain a friendly atmosphere while providing you with excellent medical skills.

Doctor Lewis was amazing! Staff was also very nice. I was told online that Medicaid/ health first was excepted but it is false advertising. I ended up paying out of pocket because they would not take my insurance

Awesome experience! Was seen asap as I was still finishing my first visit forms. Learned what my symptoms meant and left very satisfied with my first visit.

The front staff were courteous and kind. Once I was taken to the back, the nurse I met with was kind, funny and made me feel incredibly comfortable.
Dr Lewis was also very kind and knowledgeable. She explained things to me in a way I could understand. My experience here was a good one.

BE AWARE. The office here may take advantage of you.
The podiatrist seems to have billed my health insurance company with copious amounts of treatments that I NEVER actually received under a different doctor's name. I had to call my insurance company to dispute several claims for treatment such as "trimming nails" or "surgery" that was never performed. I technically received the care I needed but was then billed for care that I did not receive. Do not go here.

Dr. Lewis was provided one of the best doctors visits I’ve ever had. She was welcoming , Knowledgeable, and efficient. A truly wonderful physician . 10/10 would recommend!

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! Horrible record keeping and customer touch point. Went to see Dr. Lewis to get orthotics. Although the initial appointment went fine, obtaining the orthotics felt like going through an obstacle course. It's the office's policy that if the insurance doesn't cover the orthotics, they simply do nothing. No reaching out to the patient to confirm or figure out a way to potentially obtain what a patient needs. Just absolutely nothing. Now, after months of not hearing back, they inform me to go in again for another appointment to begin the process again. My to mention this doctor only works 3 hours a day, for only 2 days a week. Just unbelievable practice all throughout.

Amazing! Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were so helpful and friendly. Wait was a little long but worth it. Left feeling like it was a productive appointment and prepared with an action plan.

I was actually early, and I did expect to wait, but I only waited like 5 mins, the nurse took me back, did my vitals and I saw the doctor, she was professional, she explained things, she was good...I felt badly at one point I was speaking with her and I didn’t even realize that o had pulled my mask down a bit, but she had hers on ( no that does not make my action ok) I did put it back on and I did apologize to her, I felt terrible. It was an accident , But she was overall great I would recommend her.

Very sweet and informative. It’s too bad the front desk rushed her during my appointment, but I understand. Admin stuff makes it take a while but it seems like they are making them do so much at the same time. Staff in front and behind the door are great!
