The office was unsure if my insurance would cover the cost of orthotics. Because they are busy with many patients, they did not have the time to follow up with me and inform me that my orthotics were not ordered ahead of my visit. They did leave one voice mail asking me to call my insurance, because my provider handles claims online which for some reason was not suitable for the office admins. Over the course of one month, they had ample opportunity to inform me that they did not order the orthotics at all. I would have paid for the orthotics myself if I had known, and I could have still received the care I needed. I told them I was disappointed that the orthotics were not ordered and I was basically told it’s okay because they have plenty of patients.

Nice office staff; efficient, kind and welcoming. The doctor was nice although wasn’t big on small talk or getting to know me any further than what pertained to the reason for my visit. That said, he was quick, efficient and I left with my issue dealt with. Not terribly engaging but if you want a no nonsense, get the job done Dr., you’ll get it here!

I am a runner and have been having foot pain for a few weeks. I was grateful to have been able to get an appointment the day after I decided to stop being stubborn. I was seen by Dr. Lap as soon as I completed the paperwork after arrival. He was thorough but efficient, Taking me in for X-rays after I explained the issue and he completed an initial examination of the foot. While there wasn't a confirmed diagnosis, he gave me guidance for how to ease the pain/swelling. I feel confident that, should it not subside in the timeframe provided, Dr. Lap would ensure at a follow-up appointment that steps were taken to gain more clarity on what is causing the issue.
