I’m Dr. Sheri Erwin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C. I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience, specializing in weight management and women's health across perimenopause and menopause. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice and have training in functional and integrative medicine, combining evidence-based conventional care with functional approaches.
My practice offers convenient telehealth visits for weight management, hormonal balance, hormone-related sleep issues, thyroid concerns, gut health, skin concerns, anti-aging, and overall wellness. I am here to support you every step of the way.
