“The front office staff and my medical assistant were efficient, polite and performed with a good office and bedside manner. They rate an "A." My nurse practitioner was fabulous and rates an "A+" due to her acumen and knowledge of necessities. I felt I was asked the correct questions that expanded on my initial two complete questionnaires. Conversing with her was easy and the interview led to efficient action targeting discovering if I had problems. She even mentioned a potential new drug protocol, the drug designed to assist suspected anomaly patients like me.
The office is normal, unable to be exceptional, because of the very inconvenient repetition of information gathering. I registered and checked in online to include uploading my insurance cards and identification as required. Upon arrival to the office I was required to do it again. This begs the question of, "Why preregister or check in online?"
