Front desk doesn’t cooperate with patient’s and unwelcome to any questions. They asked me to book separate appointment just to get answer to my query from earlier visit. Dr Patel was thorough with checkup though. Now I have to book one more appointment just to get my doubt clarified. Annoying that we can’t reach doctor without going through front desk!!
