It was a great experience and environment to be in. More questions were needed in order for my health concerns to be helped.
All the attention is excellent But they can improve when one goes to the room, the wait for the doctor is very long

That they don't make you wait so long to see the doctor (in the room). In my case, I am always waiting an hour and I think that is too much time but everything else was good. Thank you.
I had to wait an hour to get into a room. That is a ridiculous time to wait. Should have received a text that doc was running late. Lesson learned!!! If I was an hour late, and didn't notify the office, I am sure that more than one eyebrow would have been raised.

It was a very efficient staff., The nurses & techs very good and very pleasant. Dr. Tasso was great he gave a good exam and answered all my questions.

I'm satisfied about my experience especially when Dr Tasso explained it briefly to me about result of my MRI and reffered me to a gastroenterology dr for further information n second opinion, the staff assisted me too.
Very prompt. Very good care. Dr. Tasso, you are wonderful. Even the next day, I called and left a message for you to call me back, and you did before bedtime! We discussed what I saw in my profile on line. Also, two days after my visit, your office called to inform me of my blood test results. Wonderful! you treat us with dignity and respect. the day after my visit, I called to schedule an appointment with the colon doctor and will see him soon. Very prompt, once again. Thank you all!
Dr. Tasso and his staff are AMAZING
The receptionists represent Summit Health and many times they are not cordial nor do they know what they are doing on Monday January 30 my husband and I had appointments they sent me the reminder but not the time I did not remember what time my appointment with Dr. so my husband and I had appointments in the same office so My husband entered the Bellrose office and went to ask what time my appointment was, they told him that at 4 he canceled my appointment and I waited outside for him for almost 2 hours. We left and when we were almost home, a receptionist (Giovanna) He called me to tell me that I had missed my 11:20 appointment. I told him what had happened, he made me come back but instead of attending me right there, he made me wait for more than an hour, the service was terrible

Got a call 2 days after my appointment telling me the results of my blood work and urine. This was the fastest I ever got results. Usually never heard anything about results unless I called. Was very pleased, hope they continue calling with all results.
