Dr. Igala was incredibly professional and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. She was very confident in telling me that she was comfortable if I did not take a suggested prescription and just wanted to schedule a follow up appointment to monitor a high hormone. After that we will see if we should take any next steps. I felt incredibly comfortable with her and feel very confident in trusting her and her advice. Even though her Rowlett office is an hour from me I will definitely be scheduling my follow-up appointment with her!

I made an appt from my primary care physician's referal. It was for a thyroid condition. My appt was at 4pm, but I wasn't called back until after 5pm. This place is the most disorganized and unprofessional medical office I have ever been too. I am from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, so I know excellent patient care.This place was horrible!
