I received a confirmation from this office and pre-registered. I showed up at the time of the appointment, and the office was not open, the doors were locked, and the lights were off. Couldn't get ahold of anyone through the allcare system either.

The appointment felt very rushed. The doctor refused to provide any recommendations, saying it wasn’t part of the appointment. Fine. She ordered some tests, which later showed that I have an iron deficiency and very low B12 levels. I was told the office would contact me about the results, but they never did. The only follow-up I received was a short note from the provider advising me to take an over-the-counter iron supplement—no details on what kind, what dosage, how long to take it, whether it was safe to take with my other medications, or whether to pair it with vitamin C. I tried contacting the office multiple times (at least 10 calls), but no one ever answered or returned my messages. Overall, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this practice.

Dr. Sona Aloyan has questionable practices. She secretly coded my annual physical as a referral appointment just because I briefly asked about a new mole, which caused my annual bloodwork to not be covered under insurance. (I have a PPO, so I did not even need insurance.) In addition, her office did not inform me of an extra charge for an evening appointment until I received the bill. I had to call to have it waived. When I tried to contact Dr. Aloyan about changing the coding on my appointment to be a an annual physical, she completely ignored me.

Dr Aloyan is a wonderful doctor and a very kind person. She is incredibly patient and responsive to patient concerns. When I came in with a wide array of worries and not having seen a doctors in several years, she broke each down and spent extra time after our appointment to put together a set of resources for me to use to get the help I needed from other providers. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and deeply thoughtful when it comes to her prescriptions and treatments, listing in detail side effects, alternatives and asking great questions. As some one who has had extremely negative experiences with medical professionals and avoids going to the doctor, I felt safe, heard and cared for during my visit. I would recommend Dr. Aloyan to anyone who needs care, but particularly those who may struggle to trust or feel comfortable with doctors.

It was alright. Wait time was fine, but there were several patients to be seen so it felt rushed - which I understand. Walls are thin so I could hear the entirety of all the details of the patient in the room next to mine. Dr. Aloyan was good enough, but she did brush off some of my concerns but that seems to be a norm with Drs. - especially when they're rushing to see the next patient. What is frustrating is there's no lab in the office - you have to walk 10 minutes down the road to a LabCorp, and when I showed up the wait time to be seen for routine bloodwork was 3.5 hours. Obviously, this isn't Dr. Aloyan's fault, but it would have been nice to know beforehand from the office - I probably would've scheduled elsewhere.
