About Dr. Subodh Arora
Subodh Arora, MD, FACS, FRCS, is board-certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, as well as, an associate professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He is also the director of The Vein Center. Dr. Arora completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at New England Deaconess Hospital at Harvard University. He completed his general surgery residency at Yale New Haven Hospital at Yale University. He completed medical school at BJ Medical College in India. Dr. Arora is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow), and a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the Eastern Vascular Society, and the Chesapeake Vascular Society.

I went to Dr Arora on recommendation of a collegue. I paid *** + ***support stockings to have spider veins and two bruise like spots treated. Also a vein behind my knee. After a month I went back to say it was not working and would not work. I was told to wait at least 3 months. It is now September and it’s all still there except for one-half dime size spot which did disappear. I was offered to pay again “if it bothered me”. I told him I had no confidence. He shrugged and I left the office. That was the extent of the solicitousness. Not one word. The money, the summer months and nothing. I just knew the first month it was a waste. I should have insisted it be corrected but I was too stunned.
