About Dr. Thomas Kearn
Dr. Thomas Kearn is a Board-Certified Sports Chiropractor with 10 years of clinical experience. In 2023 Dr. Kearn founded Verte Health with the mission of creating a clinic which fosters a trusting relationship between its patients and staff, that he would send his family and friends to. Dr. Kearn’s treatment philosophy is that everyone's an athlete in some capacity and needs treatment plans that specifically address their individual needs.
Dr. Kearn received his Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) after first obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. Dr. Kearn went on to complete his specialty in sports medicine as well as his Master’s in Health Care Administration and is a current MBA candidate at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Kearn holds several volunteer leadership positions in both state and national nonprofit organizations.
In his spare time Dr. Kearn enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing ice hockey, golfing, stand-up comedy and enjoying all that New York City has to offer.

I highly recommend Dr. Kearn, I went in with severe back pain and he immediately identified the issues and addressed them. My back pain went away almost immediately after the first treatment. Dr. Kearn is very attentive, he truly listens to all the patient's concerns and is one of the nicest medical professionals I have come across. It is also always very easy to schedule an appointment, the front office staff are so understanding and easy to communicate with.

I've seen Dr Kearn a few times and he's been great! Very friendly and professional. He's a good listener, and has a nice way of breaking down complex things and explaining what's happening in your body in a digestible way.

Dr. Kearn is so amazing. He listens and ask follow up questions when I was describing my pain and reason for the visit. He did a quick, efficient exam to evaluate how my body functioned and reacted to positions and pressure. He explained he's diagnosis in great detail for the average person. He suggested a few exercises to help strength/active muscles to assist with my treatment plan. He watched me to the first round to ensure I did it properly and asked how it felt to ensure I wasn't in pain. His bed side manner is amazing and he creates comfort during the treatments and reassurance that he will help you get back to normal.

I came in with terrible neck and shoulder pain and corresponding headache. The doctor listened attentively and promptly did x-rays, did an adjustment, and a treatment. I felt a bit better almost immediately. I will have to continue to come back twice a week to work on the underlying issues that have caused my pain but I am confident that I am in good hands.

Simply extraordinary. No wait time, excellent care. As a healthcare professional myself, I’m thoroughly impressed.
Dr. Kearn is a friendly, talented, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable healthcare professional who’s clearly passionate about his work.
I suffer from chronic back pain (due to a car accident) that occasionally travels through my hips and down my legs.
Other chiropractors simply had me laying on a table with a hot pack and/or tens machine, before doing an adjustment. With little to no assessment.
Contrarily, Dr. Kearns approach is amazing. By evaluating kinetic chain pattens, range of motion, palpating tissue, as well other assessment tools, each treatment is tailored to a patients specific needs.
