Due to the misunderstanding of the time of the appointment I was not seen. The attendants did not speak with the doctor to see if perhaps she could squeeze me in but they did ask if I wanted to reschedule. They communicated prior to the appointment but I was let down that no one reached out when they realized I did not arrive despite me affirming that I intended to be there. It would not be fair to say the doctor did something wrong because I never saw her, and the attendants were polite just wished they would have shown a little more concern. The office was clean, and the environment was calm.
