I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Florida. With nearly 20 years of experience, I have extensive practice in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Psychiatric Mental Health Care. I treat patients in DC and Maryland with many mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bipolar disorder, Dementia, Insomnia, and more. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and Insomnia, especially in postpartum women and men, as well as adults. I am in this field because I genuinely care about people and want to help others be their best and have the best quality of life possible in this complicated world.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Traci is an excellent provider especially for those expecting. I was so apprehensive about going on medication to help my bipolar disorder during pregnancy but Traci brought the knowledge I needed. She is well educated and versed in all things medicine during pregnancy and I am so thankful for her. I feel like a new person because of her guidance and I know I am prepared for what motherhood has to offer because of her.
