What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide in-person sessions at my Maryland office and secure telehealth visits across Maryland and Washington, D.C. Our work begins with a thoughtful intake to understand your story, challenges, and goals, leading to a care plan tailored to your values and needs.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—I’ll help you explore the treatment and medication options that best fit your life. My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I start with a thorough intake to learn about your story, challenges, and goals. From there, we create a personalized care plan that may include therapy, medication management, or both. We’ll check in regularly to adjust your plan and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Seeing Dr. Alemu-Woldemichael was a good all-around experience. She is very classy and kind. She did her absolute best to understand my issues and offered good advice. She showed me the breakdown of the medication on her screen, which a provider has not done for me yet.
