Dr. Ngezem is a doctoral-prepared psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, having earned her Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Chatham University. She has training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Dr. Ngezem has a wide range of experience combining psychiatric-mental health, medical-surgical, acute care, telemetry, and trauma nursing.
She is trained in psychopharmacology, including medication initiation, ongoing medication management, and monitoring, as well as various forms of psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Ngezem provides holistic care to patients and fosters relationships that promote healing and wellness.
Dr. Ngezem identifies each patient as an individual, acknowledges the whole person, and assesses patients holistically through open communication, pinpointing potential contributing stress factors that impact a patient's health.

Welcome to Adequate Healthcare LLC. We are happy that you want to take the first step in seeking professional services for your mental health.
