What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our first session, I take time to get to know you and understand your concerns, medical history, and overall mental health goals. I conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation, which may include discussing your symptoms, personal and family history, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences. This helps me form a clear diagnostic picture and tailor a care plan specifically for you.
From there, I offer a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. While I do not provide traditional long-term talk therapy, I integrate therapeutic communication in each session to help you feel understood, empowered, and informed.
Follow-up appointments typically involve reviewing your progress, discussing any challenges or side effects, adjusting medications if needed, and reinforcing coping strategies. My goal is to work together with you to support your mental wellness and help you achieve lasting stability and improvement.

Never go to this provider. She showed up to the first meeting, and she ghosted me on the second. I confirmed my appointment, messaged, and called. Nothing. Mental health treatment is about trust. Do not trust this provider.

Amazing! She started off the meeting that our session was a safe, judgement free zone and she kept that promise. She was right on time and we got started right away. It was our first session so it took an hour but every minute was productive and used to understanding me and my condition and coming up with a treatment plan and any follow ups to monitor the medication.
