I would never go back to a practice which doesn't pay ZocDoc. They leverage the appointment feature but never connect it to their office software. Nobody was expecting me, but Zocdoc was sending me reminders of my appointment. The office manager was particularly rude after I asked to be compensated for my Uber rides. She lost her mind and was completely out of line. She wanted me to book another appointment. lol
