Doctor was great and asked alot of questions. Most importantly he listened to all my concerns and addressed all of them.
This was my first time going to this office and I’ll definitely be going back again . Great staff and doctor

Not a great visit

This is a urgent care so it's not your typical walk in see the doctor appointment. Therefore I had to pay my urgent care co-pay for my insurance. I basically didn't need a appt as I could of just walked into the urgent care at any time. If I knew that I would of just went to the City MD closer to my house. Plus I didn't see this particular doctor as he wasn't in at the time slot so ended up just seeing a physician assistant. The office/staff and everybody was nice no complaints just didn't think I booked a appt to a urgent care.
Laura was professional

Probably the worst experience ever. The doctor doesn’t show up and then they made me wait for 1.2 hours without an update at which point I left. Most unprofessional doctor and clinic I’ve been to.

Not a good experience. I booked an appointment with the DOCTOR and only got to see a physician's assistant. This place is primarily an urgent care. The nurse gouged me several times trying to take blood. They didn't have the appropriate sized needles to take blood from a person's hand. At one point she put in the needle, rooted around in my hand for 2-3 minutes like she was performing a liposuction procedure and then took the needle out and used the SAME NEEDLE to try and draw blood from somewhere else. My main priority was to get my iron levels tested, but they failed to do the one test I asked for. No one ever followed up about my test results even thought some were out of range. But out of everything, it irritates me the most that I scheduled an appointment with a DOCTOR, and just saw a Physician's Assistant, no doctor, for my annual wellness exam. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I hope you were treated better than I was!

Visit was great. Dr. Palli was clear on what screenings were going to be done and made sure we followed up with getting me set up for a follow up, to discuss my lab results. Office was very clean and quite tranquil.

Alex is an amazing PA. Listened to me and was really kind and caring. The staff there was so nice and sweet. I feel faint when I have to give blood and they let me lay down and talked to me the whole time to distract me. Would definitely recommend!

For someone who has heightened anxiety post accident, the calming energy inside the office was truly appreciated; especially the interestingly addictive, asmr content displayed on the tv screen. The staff were all welcoming, and polite which made the experience even more appreciated.
When I arrived to the facility, the staff was unaware of my appointment. So, I had to enter all my information again. The receptionist asked details about my personal information and illness from the desk in front of the very full waiting room, which was uncomfortable. I heard the person in front of me share intimate details about his illness and heard all of his personal information. Someone’s social security number was left in the open, on the front desk. I wasn’t seen for over an hour after my appointment. Then, the doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me. And I thought this would be a standard doctor’s office, as suggested on Zocdoc, but it is a walk in urgent care clinic.
Worst experience ever. I went to see Doctor Palli because I need a refill for my prescription. Even though I had an appointment I was seen more than 1 hour later, which it's ok, I get that sometimes it could be busy. Once in, the Doctor said he couldn't have refilled my prescription because it's a controlled substance, so I ask him why they made me come all over there and waste my time since I clearly specified in my booking application the reason why I wanted to see him. He said to me and I quote "What do you think, that we all stare at your application? We get thousands of those", clearly making me feel like a number (money for him) and not like a human being. Then he said he would have prescribed me 1 week worth of my med (I take 0.75/1 mg per day), he prescribed me 0.50 mg once a day. I had to call him twice, never spoke to him and even if they say they would have adjust my prescription, they never did. Extremely disappointed
Great service and office

This practice is located in Hell's Kitchen and is LGBT friendly. I felt comfortable asking questions and adding on additional preventative tests without judgement or discomfort. The doctor made sure all of my concerns were address and personalized my care accordingly.
Verified patient
The physician explained everything throughly. She addressed all of my concerns & the medical assistant was very nice and knowledgeable as well.

the wait time was insanely long

I really felt like the doctor took his time to be with me and explain things, even though it was a routine check up. He was very personable and kind.
Never go here. I tried to get a simple typhoid vaccine and they had me go between pharmacies 3 different times. They did not send the right prescription and never bothered to help correct it. The receptionist will put you on hold and never answer. Now I will be billed for no resolution.
Dr Palli is the best!

Dr. Palli is an active and empathetic listener who is committed to your health and well-being. He helped outline a concrete plan for me and my health journey. As a woman whose had uncomfortable male doctor experiences in the past, I was hesitant to seeing Dr. Palli, but I’m glad I did.
I had a doctor's visit for an emergency medication here, and the experience left me disappointed. The staff's rather cold demeanor and lack of clear communication made me uncomfortable and uninformed. To worsen matters, there was a dosage mistake on my prescription, causing inconvenience and the pharmacy couldn't dispense it. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the doctor's office remained slow to respond, and the issue was only resolved hours later. Overall, it was a unsatisfactory experience. However, I do believe the staff did not intentionally make me feel uncomfortable or poorly informed, and I hope MiDoctor will improve in the future as it has the great potential to serve better.
Very nice staff. Love the doctor!

I will not book again. I had to wait for more than an hour, doctor saw me for 2 mins, was very short, didn't ask much and left. I had to quickly react and ask him questions while he was opening the door to leave and I could only squeeze one or two. After that nurse was supposed to come in to do the test and I waited for 20-25 more mins while hearing the team chatting outside. Finally the nurse came in. I spent overall 1 hr and 45 mins there while I was seen for only 4 mins altogether by doc and a nurse.
Dr Vino is very nice and understanding. He asked all the important questions. The staff is very nice and friendly. Listened to all my complaints and concerns.

Not recommend. 1. I made an appointment for annual physical. The office contacted me, left me a voicemail and asked me to upload my driver license and finish some paperwork on their website, not on Zocdoc, before coming for the appointment. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff said they did not have my appointment confirmed and asked me to show him the voicemail to prove. “Luckily”, they were able to see me but I had to fill out the same paper again. 2. The office looked like the renovation being unfinished. Providers who were either giving a tele health visit or on the phone with patients where sitting in the hallway so I could hear everything they said. No privacy. 3. I was scheduled a tele health visit to go over lab tests results. The provider did not show up for that appointment. I made another appointment for a week later, the provider did not show again. 4. The provider information received by my insurance company was not the provider I saw. Not sure what happened.
Outstanding service!! 5 stars!

Office was very nice and clean. Everyone in office including Dr Palli was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything to me thoroughly and attentively listened to me. I am so happy to meet him and have him as my doctor !

Dr. Palli was kind, thorough and so efficient. He reviewed medical history and took the time to address any concerns. His office was extremely efficient, providing necessary referrals on the spot. The staff is kind and welcoming!
great experience. very straightforward.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Didn't take long and the wait time to see a nurse was really good, my nurse was very friendly. He took his time with asking questions and taking my vitals and drawing my blood was not painful at all. I know some people are rough when they draw your blood but he was very gentle and my doctor was on point with all the questions he asked and listening to my concerns. He is very nice and cool. The staff is great...

Great visit.
very caring and well thought out.
I chose Dr. Palli for my PCP based on other reviews and he did not disappoint. My visit was fantastic. The checkin was smooth and the gentleman was very nice. The wait was only a brief moment and I was taken back and right away the nurse came in and did my pre exam. She was great! The doctor himself was awesome. He listened, asked questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. He, and his team, made my appointment comfortable and I felt like they actually cared about my well being. I highly recommend Dr. Palli.
