Family Nurse Practitioner
NH
This is a New Hampshire only practice. Please note: Pricing: The self-pay rate for a new patient initial visit (addressing one primary issue) ranges from $100 to $170. Follow-up visits range from $70 to $150. Controlled Substance Policy: This practice is not accepting new patients for the evaluation, initiation, or management of controlled substances (including attention deficit medications, benzodiazepines, or controlled insomnia medications) at this time. An exception is made for continuing and managing buprenorphine-naloxone MAT. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Master’s in Nursing then subsequently completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. I have designation as Certified Addictions Registered Nurse Advanced Practice. I provide adult family practice medical care for urgent needs, chronic conditions, mental health, and health promotion. Recognizing that patients often face weeks to months of delay when establishing care with a primary care provider, I offer both interim and long-term family nurse practitioner services to ensure continuity of care without the wait. I provide weight loss medication management using FDA-approved medications. I offer a comprehensive approach addressing nutrition and physical activity needs toward establishing and maintaining an optimal body weight. I acknowledge the incredible effectiveness of next-generation weight loss medications when prescribed within a safe, clinical framework. I gained years of experience as Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care before changing to full time work in Substance Use Disorder. My clinical background includes extensive experience in medical withdrawal (detox), residential, and outpatient settings. I have years of experience prescribing buprenorphine-naloxone (Suboxone) Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). I look forward to working with you in support of your long-term health goals.
