Based on my experience, Hands of Hope Physical Therapy is not a good center. After months of treatment, I saw no real improvement, and my condition even felt worse at times. I tried multiple locations, hoping for better care, but unfortunately, nothing changed. Physical therapy should help, not leave you feeling stuck in the same pain. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone looking for real results.

Excellent physical therapy experience - my husband has already been going for physical therapy at the same office location and his positive feedback encouraged me to give this place a try. I’m glad I did, and I already have my next 2 follow up appointments scheduled! 10/10 would recommend

Jackie is really nice, she listened to my issues and developed a plan to help fix it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It can get backed up but they’re really good at handling multiple patients. Parking is easy as well. Location is downstairs on the right hand side of the building.

Jackie Shen was my massage therapist. Today was my first time at this facility. From our initial contact, she carefully listened to my issues, explained what was going to be done today, and was very caring, and took the time to give me a hot massage on my back, stretching to see my abilities and applied moist heat packs on my back. Definitely helped today, I would highly recommend her if you need a massage and her physical therapy office. Will continue coming for more treatment !!

Jackie was very attentive and quick to see what my underlying problem was after giving her an explanation. She examined the area of where I felt the pain/strain carefully and determined a set of exercises/stretches for my particular problem, then she made sure I practiced them correctly so that I could get back to my normal routine as safely and healthy as possible.

Jackie has been so helpful in my knee recovery, she thoughtfully explains all her actions and is super attentive to her patients condition. Jerry and Manny are really patient and provide a great support as we work out and stretch. The team carefully takes care of their patients, maintains the space in prime condition, and are always friendly and attentive. Couldn't ask for a better place to recuperate.

Everything from scheduling the first appointment to being seen was done in a highly professional & caring manner. Jackie took her time in understanding my symptoms & demonstrated her knowledge in detailing an initial plan of treatment. I left feeling confident in her ability to provide me with the treatment needed to improve my health.

Overall experience at the office was great.
However, I am having a lot of trouble with securing appointments. Twice in recent times I have been told that the office is closing early because there is either no therapist on duty or the therapist is leaving early. On both occasions someone got back to me later and told me it was a mistake and I could have the appointment at the time I needed.
The office is open from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. On Zocdoc there seems to be a technical problem as the appointments end at 2:30 pm each weekday going all the way to the end of May. It is not possible to book any appointments after 2:30 pm for the rest of this month or for any day in May. Neither is it possible to book any Saturday appointment on Zocdoc as there are no appointment times at all shown for any Saturday. My schedule only allows me to do visits during the evenings and on weekends as I have a 9 to 5 day job.
Please have this problem corrected. Thanks
