“When I arrived to my appointment they couldn’t find me in their system.
The Dr I scheduled the appointment with was not available and they asked me if I didn’t mind to see another Dr, which I agreed. I did not know I was going to wait for that long otherwise I would have rescheduled it. I was treated like a walk in patient to be seen after everyone else.
When I finally got to see Dr Lewis, I was pleased with the way he explained my condition and the treatment.
Moving forward I scheduled other appointments directly with them hoping I don’t have to experience the same situation again.”
