“Best doctor ever. I live all the way in north brooklyn and traveled to south brooklyn yo find Dr. Chang. He is very personal extremely knowledgeable and test you on things to help you prevent sickness as opposed to just giving you drugs.. I highly recommend him as a primary physician.”

About Dr. York Sing Chan
Dr. Chan believes in 1) knowing his patients and their families by listening to their needs; 2) treating a patient as a whole person with compassion, empathy, and respect; 3) being accessible and available seven days per week; and 4) developing a long-term proactive plan for each patient.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Chan completed his internship and residency at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens and holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University.
