Unpleasant office staff. Unfortunately, I was unable to fully experience and assess how the provider was, even though I was initially excited to do so after seeing her high ratings. Please train the front-of-house staff to be more pleasant.

The front desk Giselle and Dr. Yvonne were both great and immediately put my concerns as first priority and sent me to the ER. They did what they could in office and then scheduled me a check-in after everything.
