“I don't enjoy going to the doctors for any reason but I must say this was a basically stress free experience. The initial interview by staff & the taking of my vitals was professional and pleasant. The doctor was very attentive, took her time, ask clarifying questions and answered all of my concerns. She managed to turn a visit I was dreading into a pleasant experience.”

I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for a Pap smear/yearly checkup, only to receive a call 15 minutes before my appointment telling me they don’t even offer Pap smears.
When I asked why I wasn’t informed sooner or contacted ahead of time, the staff member said she wasn’t sure. That’s completely unacceptable, especially after I had already planned my time around this appointment.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration and said I would be leaving a review due to the poor communication, the staff member hung up on me.
This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this office. If a service isn’t offered, it should not be listed as an option when scheduling appointments.

I booked for an PAP and when I arrived at the office the front door receptionist said “we do not provide OBGYN services here.” So why would the provider & ZocDoc offer that service? Why did the provider not call & cancel my appointment and instead waste my time? The utmost unprofessional appointment that didn’t technically happen.

It isn’t necessarily the doctor, but I booked for a pap. When I get to the office they say “Oh you won’t be getting a pap. We can refer you to a gyn.” A total waste of my time and energy, because they should have called and communicated this. They also need to be removed as a GYN or ZocDoc. Communication is key and they lacked that.
