She's extremely disorganized and cannot get her telehealth links to work. She has made false claims about my insurance not approving our visit and seems she is just as disorganized with her paperwork and admin.
She does nothing but spend 2 seconds asking if you want a refill and then setting up another appointment in 1-3 months. No real care or work.

I feel like she really listens to all of my concerns regarding my medication therapy. This approach makes me feel really comfortable in my treatment plan and going to her if I do not feel lke my meds are working or if I need a higher dose. Overall highly recommend because she does her job very well and enthusiastically.

I was seen quickly, and Zuwena assessed my mental state in under an hour. We went through diagnostic criteria for the different things I was concerned about, and she answered questions I had about each of them. I got clarification, and then she suggested different resources and potential medication for treatment. She also gave me pertinent life advice at the end of our visit.
