I had an excellent first appointment with Abigail. She was incredibly diligent in trying to determine what was causing my symptoms. My only complaint was that there was a virtual front desk person who didn't understand what I was saying 75% of the time, not just because of breaking up issues but actually not understanding what I was asking about, prior authorizations and such. But the care was fantastic
