What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in EMDR for individuals with trauma and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m here to support you in achieving lasting change. Through our work together, you’ll experience boosted self-confidence and a significant reduction in trauma-related symptoms. I help you quiet or transform that inner voice, allowing you to feel more at peace and in harmony with your thoughts and emotions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that each individual has unique challenges and strengths. As a client-centered counselor, I create a safe, non-judgmental space and tailor each session to the specific needs of my client. I combine this with evidence based treatments as listed above. It’s important to me that you feel you truly belong and can bring your whole self into our work together. I care deeply about the challenges people face and am committed to helping those who suffer find peace, joy, and lasting change. I believe that each person has unique strengths and the ability to heal, grow, and live the life they desire. Change is always possible, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
