I'm Ahmed Abdelhadi, owner and founder of Physioback Physical Therapy and I'm passionate about helping patients reach their maximum movement potential. Whether it’s related to sports, occupation, or lifestyle, I’ll work with you in creating an optimal treatment plan that ensures your goals are being achieved and the source of your pain or functional limitations are dealt with effectively.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Long Island University in 2005. I eagerly continue to expand my wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure my practice is using the latest evidence. I'm currently pursuing certification in the McKenzie Method. I've taken many post-graduate courses in shoulder, neck, hip, ankle and back rehabilitation.
When not hard at work serving the community, I enjoy weight training, going on walks and spending time with my family.
Many have been given pain pills and muscle relaxers but don’t like using them, don’t want to become dependent on them, and know that those things are not treating the true causes of their pain.
Some have tried physical therapy before but were at a clinic where they just repeated a bunch of exercises they could do on their own time, and the physical therapist rushed from one patient to the next … rarely using any hands-on manual therapy or spending much one-on-one time with them.
Some have relied on their personal trainer or massage therapist to fix the problem even though those professionals don’t have the training or legal scope of practice to diagnose and treat complex pain/injury.
Some have even had surgery that didn’t solve the problem, and occasionally made them even worse.
