I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to share openly, while also being gently challenged to explore new perspectives and strategies. My journey to mental healthcare From a young age, I’ve been passionate about listening to and supporting others through life’s challenges. That passion, combined with a strong interest in psychology and human behavior, led me to pursue a career as a therapist. What drives me most in this work is seeing clients grow, heal, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had. Being part of that process is both an honor and a privilege.
