I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience. I provide individual therapy to adults and young adults (17+) experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues and low self-esteem. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to meet their individual needs and goals. I have postgraduate training in various therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and CBT, and utilize an integrative approach when working with clients.

I will always meet you where you are by listening openly and without judgment, guiding our sessions with sensitivity and clear objectivity. Over time, we can work toward building a well balanced therapeutic alliance where you feel supported, comfortable and understood. I aim to develop a safe, respectful space designed to foster trust and promote meaningful and productive growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation, during which we will review your medical and social history and discuss your current needs. Together, we will identify the areas where support may be most beneficial. Because I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, we can explore which approaches best align with your goals and expectations for treatment.
