He immediately understood the root issues of my pain and it was very obvious he is knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of anatomy. I have tried all kinds of treatment for my pain including acupuncture, chiropractic, trigger point injections and nerve ablations. I left my appointment today feeling very relaxed with less tension and pain in my lower back and for that, I am very grateful.

I came in for a bit of shoulder impingement. He was calmly and professionally able to diagnose the issue. He was then able to work on my muscles and help release the surrounding muscles. I feel so much better after my appointment and so relaxed. It was a great therapeutic massage.

I can’t say enough good things about Knovy. He is very professional, humble, well-mannered and very knowledgeable in the area. He contacted me prior to my appointment and gave me clear instructions as to what needed to be completed before I showed up. On the day of my appointment, we went over the forms I filled out online and he really took his time to understand my issues, what I needed and was very thorough explaining how he was going to approach my needs.
I thought I was getting a regular massage, but this was more than that. I walked into my appointment with a migraine (which is a recurring issue for me) and within a few minutes of Knovy working on my neck and head, the pain was gone! I honestly wanted to cry from the relief I felt. I’ve had debilitating migraine headaches for years, and had tried everything, but nothing had worked quite like Knovy’s approach.
I can’t recommend him enough! My partner and I are new faithful clients now.

Mr. Vargas is very professional and educated in his field. I felt welcomed and relaxed the minute I walked into his practice. He evaluated me and worked exactly on what I needed the most. I walked out of my appointment feeling lighter, aligned, and more calmed.
Stress had really taken a toll of my physical health, but after my massage, it felt like I was walking out with a new body.
This was my first time seeing Mr. Vargas, but it won’t be my last. I am a new regular. I very much recommend him.

Mastery of massage techniques, with an emphasis on medical/osteopathic alignment. Includes an in-depth evaluation of balance, range of motion, and personal health history.
Professional and considerate all the way through. Welcoming and relaxing office. No frills approach, clear billing/scheduling, and open to questions.
You really can't go back to any other masseur after this.

Knovy's Place is very nice and clean. The bathroom is clean & has a bidet.
His therapy is very effective and he takes great pride in his work. After finishing his session one feels very relaxed.

Massage has been a very important part of my surgery process. Knovy has helped my body prepare for surgery and then recover quicker than expected. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and it is by far the most comfortable massage table I have ever been on. I highly recommend Knovy!

I was looking for a massage therapist in the area to compliment my workout/PT routines and found Knovy. He's great at relieving any specific pain or aches you might have, or just more general physical wellness upkeep. Super professional and knowledgable - great at queueing and figuring out your comfort level with the therapy you need. I always walk away feeling refreshed -whether it's tension from overwork or, even more recently, muscle tightness from an injury. Scheduling is also super easy - I try to always book my next massage right away since his slots tend to fill up :)!

I initially scheduled with Knovy due to an old injury getting reaggravated and have found that regular visits with him prevent me from having to go back to physical therapy or be on pain medications. He listens clearly and knows exactly what areas to focus on so that I leave feeling looser, relaxed, and pain-free. He has greatly improved my quality of life; and he is always professional and kind.
