I have experience providing individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient mental health clinics and hospitals to treat attachment disorders, anxiety, PTSD, postpartum depression, and gender-expansive care. Our sessions will include a blend of developing insights and change-oriented techniques, as you feel ready.
